This is why we created special cards titled My Moments. Throughout the year, when a manager sees an employee going above and beyond, the manager will fill out a My Moments card and give it to the employee. Our employees save these cards and use them as raffle tickets at our Christmas party. Each year, our owners raffle away big-screen TVs, cruise-line vacations, laptops, iPads and more."
