"I lead my team by example in terms of healthy living. I am the oldest person in the store but can still compete with associates 20 years my junior. I encourage associates to lead a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically. Associates know that we will do what we need to accommodate healthy eating or exercise programs. We had an associate recently complete the full Ironman Triathlon in Hawaii, and the whole team shared in his training experience, and then the whole team virtually cheered him on to a successful completion."
