Fiat Chrysler said to mull Maserati, Alfa spinoffs to boost value

Fiat Chrysler is considering spinning off Maserati and Alfa Romeo as well as its components operations, Bloomberg reported. Under the proposal, FCA intends to keep Jeep to anchor its mass-market car business, which also includes the Dodge and Ram nameplates.
