How does the Best Dealerships program work?
Once registered, your dealership will be contacted by Best Companies Group, the organization that manages the Best Dealerships program. They'll walk you through a simple yet thorough two-part dealership assessment. Part one is a questionnaire about dealership policies, practices and demographics. Part two is a survey of all employees in the dealership, in which they respond to a variety of statements on a five point agreement scale, and answer 2 open-ended and 7 demographic questions. The collected information will be used to produce a detailed set of data enabling the analysts to determine the strengths and opportunities of each.

Who can participate?
Any new car dealership in the U.S. that's been in business for more than one year, and has more than 25 employees, may participate in the program. But to be considered, you must register before April 6, 2018. Click the REGISTER tab to learn more about the program, and to register your dealership in the 7th annual search for the BEST!
